Terms of Service

To use Trakio, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@trakio.co.in.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Trakio offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Ultimate). Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay.

• Billing — Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase. At checkout you can choose Auto-renew (a recurring subscription authorised via UPI AutoPay or card e-mandate through Razorpay) or Pay once (a single payment covering one billing period).
• Renewal — Auto-renew subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and your chosen payment method is charged the then-current plan price, until you cancel. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in the app under Settings → Manage subscription (or by contacting support); you keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made. Pay-once purchases do not renew — access simply ends at the end of the paid period unless you purchase again.
• Refunds — Due to the digital nature of the service, we generally do not offer refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@trakio.co.in.
• Price changes — We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

The Trakio Android app may request the following sensitive permissions. All are optional — the app provides full manual functionality (transaction entry, budgets, goals, loans, reports) without any of them.

• SMS (READ_SMS, RECEIVE_SMS) — used solely to auto-detect bank transaction messages on your device. SMS content never leaves your device unless you tap “Confirm” on a detected transaction. Filtered to known bank/payment senders only.
• Notification Listener — used solely to detect transaction notifications from payment apps (GPay, PhonePe). All other notifications are ignored.
• Push notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — used to deliver budget alerts, bill reminders, and weekly summaries you opted into. Revocable at any time from system Settings.

All financial data you enter into Trakio (transactions, budgets, goals, loans) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Trakio is a tracking tool and does not provide financial advice.

Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently and immediately removed from our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
